Gearing up for PHASE II.

Everday we hear from our suppliers with their 15% and 20% price increases. This is tied directly to gas prices - everything is transported to our job sites by truck. Good competent labor is still available in our area. The cost of building homes will be higher no doubt. But the best buys continue to be new homes built in the last three years.

Our mission is to use every possible innovative method without sacrificing excellent quality and design which has been our standard for 40 years.
