"When we retired and decided to move back to the Wyoming Valley we consulted Buddy Rothstein about building a house that would be appropriate for this stage of our life.  We wanted a ranch style home for convenience and ease of maintenance. We are delighted with the floor plan he designed for us. 

Since we love to cook, the kitchen was especially important.  We are finding our spacious, convenient kitchen a joy to work in. Our sunroom has a lovely view of the valley and mountains and is magical at night looking out over the sparkling lights of the valley.

The construction crew took a lot of pride in their work and completed everything to our satisfaction.

 From the first appointment we had with Larry we knew that we wanted him to be our agent.  He was prompt, had done his homework on comparable properties and explained clearly our options and what he had planned to so to sell the house.

My Dad, who at the time owned the house, moved to Lansing, MI to live with us. With a distance of 600 miles between Lansing and Wilkes-Barre that was never a problem or a concern for us.  Larry kept us informed with what was going on either by phone calls, e-mails or faxes.  Whenever we had questions for him he responded in a timely manner and gave us the information that we needed.
